Registration Information

EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT AVAILABLE

Fellows, Post-Docs, and Students $75 $100


Registration includes:

There is a separate $75.00 fee to attend the Banquet Dinner on Thursday, October 4 at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall and Museum. You will have the option to include this event during your conference registration.

Registration for the conference can be submitted online through the Center for Continuing Education in the Health Sciences website.

Please Note:
All cancellations must be in writing and sent to us via U.S. mail, email or fax (see contact information below).  Tuition for cancellations postmarked or date stamped before September 1 will be refunded in full.  After September 1, a $25 administrative fee will be assessed, the remaining amount refunded, and no refunds will be made after September 30.
