Although the Conference Reception event on Thursday, September 8 at the Carnegie Science Center is included in the Registration Fee, advance notice of attendance is required. You will have the option to include this event during your conference registration.

Please Note:
All cancellations must be in writing and sent to us via U.S. mail (see contact information below) or email to No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Tuition for cancellations postmarked or date stamped before August 8 will be refunded in full in the form of the original payment method.  After August 8, a $25 administrative fee will be assessed, the remaining amount refunded, and no refunds will be made after August 29.
